Frequently Asked Questions - Balloon Installments

  • We use wall friendly, 3M command hooks. We place these over painters tape to ensure paint safety.

  • After your event has ended, the removal of the arrangement is your responsibility. If you are interested in having us come back to remove the balloons, this can be provided at an additional cost.

  • We use a variety of balloons from high quality brands such as Tuf-tex, Qualatex, and Balloontex.

  • Balloons do not perform well in extreme heat or cold. We suggest keeping your balloons out of direct sunlight. Lighter colors do best in the direct sun. On windy days, we will do our best to stake down the balloons.

  • Yes! We deliver to most parts of New Jersey. Depending on the distance, there may be a traveling cost.

  • We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered. Once delivered and installed, we are not responsible for any damages. If WE pop your balloon it will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
